Montreal to host Morocco-Canada bilateral investment summit

The Morocco-Canada Chamber of Commerce (CEMC) is organizing an economic summit in Montreal on September 19 titled ‘From Intention to Investment’. The event aims to connect businesses, investors, and project leaders from both nations to move beyond simple trade and foster concrete industrial and commercial investment projects.

Morocco is seeking to attract foreign capital in sectors such as automotive, aeronautics, renewable energy, agri-food, logistics, and digital technologies. The country intends to leverage its geographic position and developed infrastructure to serve as a gateway to African and European markets. Meanwhile, Canada aims to diversify its economic partnerships through these bilateral ties.
