Morena leader Ariadna Montiel visits Puebla, meets Governor Alejandro Armenta

Ariadna Montiel Reyes, the national president of the Morena party, made a work visit to Puebla on 24 July 2026 to strengthen the party’s territorial structure and review progress on affiliation and credentialing. Accompanied by Morena officials Carolina Rangel and Manuel Zavala, she met Governor Alejandro Armenta Mier and members of his cabinet, including the secretaries of Governance, Welfare, and Sports and Youth. The parties discussed the organization of local Coordinators Operatives Territoriales (COTs) and the strategy for the second half of 2026, reaffirming institutional coordination. The governor responded positively on social media.

The visit underscores Morena’s internal preparations ahead of upcoming internal processes and the 2027 elections.
