Morena leaders hold assemblies to defend Mexican sovereignty

Political leaders within the Morena party are holding assemblies across Mexico to demonstrate support for President Claudia Sheinbaum's administration and the principles of national sovereignty.

In Valle Hermoso, Tamaulipas, Senator Olga Sosa Ruíz led an informative assembly emphasizing a policy of non-intervention and respect for national autodetermination. Sosa Ruíz expressed absolute support for President Sheinbaum, stating that the movement seeks to defend national sovereignty against foreign interference.

In Mexico City, the Mayor of Gustavo A. Madero, Janecarlo Lozano, also convened an assembly titled "Soberanía Unidad Gustavo A. Madero." Lozano called for unity within the "4T" movement, urging members to prioritize the political project and the needs of the people over personal differences or individual aspirations in support of President Sheinbaum and Head of Government Clara Brugada.
