Morena rally in Sinaloa lauds party’s social programs and grassroots support
During a tour of Guasave, Rodolfo Valenzuela, a candidate for state coordinator of the Comités en Defensa de la Transformación y la Soberanía Nacional, praised the municipality as “the jewel of morenismo in Sinaloa,” highlighting public works, pension benefits for seniors, scholarships, disability programs, and other social initiatives linked to the Fourth Transformation. He warned against proposals to limit voting to one vote per family, calling such measures a democratic regression.
In El Fuerte, Tere Guerra Ochoa commended the dedication of Morena’s grassroots militants, noting that Sinaloa has become a national reference for party organization and territorial work. She cited achievements such as the increase in the minimum wage, expansion of social programs, and recognition of indigenous peoples under the administrations of Andrés Manuel López Obrador and President Claudia Sheinbaum, and pledged continued direct dialogue with citizens across the state.
