Morocco launches new fuel subsidy phase for transport professionals

Morocco’s Ministry of Transport and Logistics has announced a new phase of direct exceptional support for professionals in the road transport of both people and goods. This new installment will cover a period of 30 days.

The decision comes in response to rising international fuel prices driven by ongoing geopolitical tensions, which have impacted the national market. The government stated its commitment to supporting the transport sector until fuel prices return to levels recorded before the current crisis began. This financial aid aims to stabilize transport service prices and prevent rising transport costs from inflating the prices of consumer goods.

Registration for this additional support phase is scheduled to begin on Thursday, September 24, 2026, via the dedicated electronic platform: mouakaba.transport.gov.ma.
