Morocco launches mobile housing and urban planning caravan for diaspora

The Moroccan Ministry of National Planning, Urban Planning, Housing and City Policy has launched a mobile service caravan titled "Urban Planning and Housing at the Service of Moroccans of the World." Initiated in Tangier, the program aims to bring administrative services closer to the Moroccan diaspora.

Operating as a fully equipped mobile agency, the caravan will travel to several cities, including Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Agadir, Oujda, Meknes, Errachidia, Beni Mellal, and Laayoune. The initiative provides a dedicated space for consultation, guidance, and direct communication with representatives from the ministry, urban agencies, and the Al Omrane Group.

Through this caravan, citizens abroad can access information regarding real estate offers, investment opportunities, and public programs, specifically the direct housing support program. This initiative is part of a broader national campaign that includes establishing reception points at ports, airports, and high-speed train stations, as well as organizing open days and providing digital access through Al Omrane's online platform.
