Morocco repatriates 327 unaccompanied minors from Ceuta

Since August 2, Morocco has repatriated 327 unaccompanied Moroccan minors from the Spanish enclave of Ceuta. The repatriations, conducted via land routes between Fnideq and Ceuta, are intended to reunite the children with their parents and prioritize their best interests.

King Mohamed VI has emphasized the necessity of migration cooperation between Morocco and Spain, though he noted that the current cooperation model is “obsolete” and requires reform. This movement follows a period in July when tens of thousands of migrants entered the city.
