Morocco and UN ESCWA sign agreement on digital transformation
Morocco and the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) have signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen cooperation in digital transformation and public administration reform.
Signed in Rabat by Amal El Fallah Seghrouchni, Morocco's Minister Delegate for Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, and Rania Al-Mashat, Executive Secretary of ESCWA, the agreement establishes a framework for collaboration in areas including artificial intelligence, governance, innovation, and the modernization of public services. The partnership aims to translate shared expertise into concrete programs to improve the efficiency and accessibility of Moroccan administrative procedures.
