MSC Cruises launches 2028 Alaska cruise season bookings

MSC Cruises announced that bookings are now open for its third Alaska summer season in 2028. The MSC Poesia will operate weekly 7‑night cruises from Seattle between 24 April and 18 September 2028, visiting Ketchikan, Icy Strait Point, Juneau, Tracy Arm and Victoria, Canada. The ship has been extensively renovated, adding a new MSC Yacht Club with 69 suites, Butler‑and‑Concierge service, and new specialty restaurants – Butcher’s Cut and Kaito Sushi Bar – along with upgraded spa, gym and other amenities. CEO Gianni Onorato said the launch reflects strong demand since the program’s debut and gives travelers the chance to plan their Alaska vacations well in advance. The company also reminded customers that the 2027 Alaska season can be booked now, running from 16 April to 27 September.
