MSC Cruises sets eight‑ship winter 2027‑28 Europe schedule; Norwegian Gem adds transatlantic voyage

MSC Cruises announced that eight of its vessels will operate across Europe in the winter 2027‑28 season. The fleet will cover the Western and Eastern Mediterranean, Northern Europe and the Canary Islands, with ships such as MSC World Asia, MSC Euribia, MSC Lirica, MSC Seaview, MSC Magnifica, MSC Orchestra, MSC Preziosa and MSC Fantasia serving ports in Spain, France, Italy, Malta, Tunisia, Turkey, Greece, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and Madeira.

Norwegian Cruise Line promoted a 15‑night transatlantic cruise on the Norwegian Gem departing Civitavecchia on 1 November 2026 and arriving in Tampa. The itinerary costs €969 per person for an exterior cabin, with cheaper interior options and higher‑priced balcony cabins. Travelers need a U.S. ESTA or visa for entry, and the cruise line includes a $20 crew‑gratuity on the onboard account.
