Municipalities in Brazil release 2027 school calendars

The municipal governments of Natal and Rodeio have released their respective school calendars and enrollment schedules for the 2027 academic year.

In Natal, the Municipal Education Secretariat established that classes will begin on February 17, 2027, and conclude on December 23, 2027. The schedule fulfills the 200-day requirement mandated by the National Education Guidelines and Bases Law. In Rodeio, the Municipal Education Secretariat announced the schedule for re-enrollment, internal transfers, and new enrollments for 2027. Re-enrollment for current students is set for October 19 to 23, 2026. Internal transfers will take place from October 26 to 30, 2026, followed by the period for new student enrollments from November 9 to 19, 2026.
