Musical festivals and outdoor concerts scheduled in the Netherlands

Various musical events are scheduled across the Netherlands, including the Klassiek in het Park festival in Rotterdam. Held at the Park near the Euromast on August 29 and 30, the free open-air festival features a diverse program ranging from symphonic concerts and chamber music to live tango and Latin American music. The Sinfonia Rotterdam, led by conductor Conrad van Alphen, is set to perform both a family concert and a large evening concert featuring works such as Handel’s ‘Music for the Royal Fireworks’.

Additionally, the musical duo Tangarine will perform at the De Pinkenberg open-air theater in Rozendaal on August 29. This performance serves as a presentation for their new album, ‘Family Tradition’, which will be heard live with a full band for the first time. The duo, consisting of twins Arnout and Sander Brinks, aims to utilize the unique energy and changing light of the outdoor setting for their performance.
