Muzaffarpur bus fire: 35 passengers evacuated after short circuit on NH-27

A passenger bus traveling from Motihari toward Chhatarpur caught fire on the NH-27 Barji overbridge in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, at approximately 12:45 am on Wednesday.

According to Sub-Divisional Fire Officer Amrita Kumari, the fire was triggered by a short circuit within the vehicle. All 35 passengers on board were successfully evacuated from the bus without injury. The fire department arrived at the scene shortly after the incident began to manage the blaze.
