Customers have reported difficulties contacting the company, canceled appointments, and receiving incorrect or damaged items.

In response to the growing unrest, clients gathered in front of the establishment to demand information, leading to a confrontation that the company described as an unauthorized entry by over 50 people. The boutique has denied allegations of fraud, claiming instead that it is a victim of an exceptional volume of orders and production challenges. The company stated it has temporarily closed to new sales to focus on existing orders.

Public Security authorities in São Paulo are investigating the reports, with some occurrences being registered as fraud. The boutique's owner, Camila Rossi, stated that the company is working to finalize deliveries for upcoming weddings and that the recent disturbances interrupted production efforts.
