The National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC) is conducting multiple specialized training programs across Nigeria to enhance technical capacity within the automotive sector.

One initiative, in collaboration with BRYTE AUTO. TECH & DIAGNOSTICS LTD, provides heavy-duty vehicle training for 150 technicians and youths. This program is being implemented concurrently in Kogi, Edo, and Oyo States, with 50 participants in each. The curriculum focuses on the operation, diagnosis, servicing, and maintenance of heavy-duty equipment, including agricultural tractors.

A second program, organized with TOFEKO Limited, targets 300 participants across six states: Ekiti, Imo, Kano, Nasarawa, Bauchi, and Cross River. This training focuses on vehicle mechatronics and CNG retrofitting. Through technical instruction and hands-on sessions provided by Bcephas Consults Limited, participants are learning to diagnose and repair modern vehicle systems to improve service quality and employability in the sector.
