Naim Darrechi addresses arrest in Madrid regarding legal dispute

Content creator and singer Naim Darrechi has addressed his recent arrest at Madrid-Barajas Airport. Following his detention on October 14, Darrechi used a live stream to explain that the legal action stems from a complaint filed by a young woman regarding an explicit photograph published in 2024.

Darrechi claims the publication of the image was part of a prior agreement for a collaborative project on an adult content platform. He maintains that the woman consented to the material, though the complainant alleges the distribution violated her privacy. Darrechi stated, “Because of that photo the girl sued and now I am going to trial on the 19th to prove that all of that was agreed upon and had been discussed.”

He detailed the arrest process, noting that police approached him on the aircraft before other passengers had disembarked. After being handcuffed and having his phone confiscated, he was held for several hours before being released. He intends to present evidence to support his version of events during his upcoming court appearance in Barcelona.
