Legal proceedings involving Naim Darrechi
Overview
Spanish influencer and singer Naim Darrechi was detained by authorities at Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport on October 14, 2026, following his arrival from Argentina. While initial reports suggested the detention might be linked to sexual misconduct allegations filed in Mexico, Darrechi provided further clarification regarding the legal proceedings.
Darrechi stated that the arrest was related to a legal dispute involving an explicit photograph published in 2024. He claims the image was part of a prior agreement for a collaborative project on an adult content platform and maintains that the subject consented to the material. However, the complainant alleges the distribution violated her privacy. Darrechi noted, “Because of that photo the girl sued and now I am going to trial on the 19th to prove that all of that was agreed upon and had been discussed.”
Following his detention and the confiscation of his phone, Darrechi was released after several hours. He intends to present evidence to support his claims during an upcoming court appearance in Barcelona.
