Naldy Saldaña faces harassment allegations and personal controversy

Singer Naldy Saldaña is involved in a complex legal and personal controversy involving members of the musical group La Bella Luz. Saldaña has filed a legal complaint against César Chávez, the former musical director of the band, for alleged improper touching.

Saldaña’s legal defense has moved to refute claims by other group members who denied knowledge of the alleged harassment. The defense intends to present WhatsApp messages as evidence that Saldaña had informed her colleagues about the incidents. The lawyer warned that the vocalists could face legal repercussions for cover-ups and noted that group owner Óscar Custodio could face criminal charges if found to have assisted in concealing the misconduct.

In a separate development, allegations of an affair between Saldaña and host José Burga surfaced. Burga’s ex-wife presented alleged chat logs on Panamericana Televisión, claiming the relationship occurred while both parties were in other relationships. Critics have suggested these personal allegations may serve to distract from the ongoing legal proceedings regarding the harassment claims.
