Nam Dinh General Hospital faces severe leakage issues

Nam Dinh General Hospital in Ninh Binh province is experiencing significant water leakage and mold issues despite being inaugurated only a year ago. The facility, which represents a total investment of 1,775 billion VND, is facing structural problems that have caused water to leak from ceilings onto floors in various departments.

Reports indicate that the leakage is affecting several key areas, including the outpatient examination lobby, the second floor of the Infectious Diseases Department, and various emergency rooms. In some inpatient rooms and the Oncology Center, staff and patients have had to use plastic buckets and basins to catch dripping water. These conditions have created slippery floors, posing safety risks to patients and medical staff, and complicating daily medical activities and patient rest.
