Nammos Hotels & Resorts opens luxury resorts in Egypt and Montenegro
Nammos Hotels & Resorts, together with Abu Dhabi‑based Modon Holding, announced the launch of Nammos Ras El Hekma on Egypt’s North Coast. The mixed‑use development at the Wadi Yemm district will comprise Nammos Residences (72 apartments), Nammos Resort (79 hotel rooms across several categories), and Nammos Village with retail, wellness, and the signature Nammos Restaurant & Beach Club. CEO Bill O’Regan said the project reflects a long‑term vision for the fast‑growing Ras El Hekma destination.
The brand also signed a partnership with Smokva Bay to create Nammos Resort Montenegro on the Budva Riviera near Sveti Stefan. The integrated luxury destination will feature 117 keys – 47 hotel suites, 61 branded residences and 9 branded villas – along with dining concepts such as Nalu and Ilios Lounge, a rooftop pool bar, and a village hub for art, shopping and wellbeing. The agreement was signed at a pop‑up event, with opening targeted for 2029. Both projects follow Nammos’ Mediterranean‑inspired design language and aim to set new benchmarks for luxury living in their regions.
