Nammos Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean expansion

In mid‑2026, Nammos Hotels & Resorts announced a series of new luxury resort projects across the Mediterranean. On 15 July 2026 the company, together with Abu Dhabi‑based Modon Holding, unveiled plans for Nammos Ras El Hekma on Egypt’s North Coast, featuring 72 residential apartments, 79 hotel rooms and a mixed‑use village with retail, wellness and dining. The same announcement included a partnership with Smokva Bay to develop Nammos Resort Montenegro on the Budva Riviera, slated for 2029 and comprising 117 keys across hotel suites, branded residences and villas, plus multiple dining and lifestyle venues.

A few weeks later, on 7 August 2026, Nammos confirmed a strategic partnership with Green Coast and Albania’s BALFIN Group to create a Nammos‑branded resort within the Green Coast complex in Palasa. The Albanian project will host a boutique hotel with 29 rooms, 12 branded residences, a Nammos restaurant and additional food‑and‑beverage and retail concepts, marking the brand’s entry into its seventh country. Both announcements emphasize Nammos’s aim to extend its Mediterranean‑inspired luxury lifestyle brand to new coastal destinations, leveraging local development partners to attract premium international visitors.
