Nammos Hotels & Resorts partners with Green Coast to launch luxury resort on Albania’s Riviera

Green Coast, the leading coastal development on Albania’s Riviera, has entered a strategic partnership with Nammos Hotels & Resorts, the internationally recognised Mediterranean lifestyle brand. The collaboration will create a Nammos‑branded resort within the Green Coast complex in Palasa, featuring a boutique hotel with 29 rooms, 12 branded residences, a Nammos restaurant, additional food‑and‑beverage concepts and a curated retail offering. The project marks Nammos’s entry into its seventh country and aims to strengthen the Albanian coast’s appeal to premium international visitors.

Petros Statis, president of Nammos, said the partnership with BALFIN Group represents a “significant milestone” and will deliver an “ultra‑luxury hotel experience” to the region. Samir Mane, president of BALFIN Group, highlighted the joint vision of combining Green Coast’s long‑term development plan with Nammos’s global lifestyle expertise to create a unique destination that boosts the area’s international attractiveness.
