Naples to host fifth Campania Libri Festival in October 2026

The fifth edition of the Campania Libri Festival is scheduled to take place in Naples from October 1 to 4, 2026. Held at locations including Palazzo Reale, the Biblioteca Nazionale Vittorio Emanuele III, and the Giardino Romantico, the event serves as a major publishing fair.

Under the theme ‘Jesce sole’, an ancient song of peace and hope, this edition pays tribute to the 50th anniversary of Roberto De Simone’s ‘La gatta Cenerentola’. The festival is directed by Ruggero Cappuccio, curated by Massimo Adinolfi, and organized by the Fondazione Campania dei Festival with funding from the Campania Region.

The program features over 250 appointments and more than 120 exhibition stands. The festival maintains an international focus through collaborations with various cultural institutes, hosting authors such as Santiago Gamboa from Colombia, Judith Hermann from Germany, and Lidija Dimkovska from Macedonia, among others.
