Napoli leads Italy in Carta Dedicata a Te beneficiaries for 2026
Napoli has been identified as the Italian city with the highest number of beneficiaries for the 2026 Carta Dedicata a Te, with over 28,000 recipients designated to receive the social card for food expenses.
The total contribution of 1,000 euros will be distributed in two installments: 500 euros in November 2026 and 500 euros in April 2027. To manage the distribution, the Municipality of Napoli has established an entirely online procedure to prevent crowding at municipal and postal offices.
Starting November 4, citizens can access a dedicated platform via the municipal website using Spid or Electronic Identity Card (Cie) credentials. Through this portal, beneficiaries can verify their status and download the necessary communication to collect the physical card at post offices. Assistance is also available through authorized Caf centers.
To maintain eligibility, the first payment must be made by December 16, 2026. All funds, including the second installment, must be fully utilized by October 10, 2027.
