Napoli midfielder Anguissa remains doubtful for Fiorentina match

Napoli midfielder Frank Zambo Anguissa remains a major doubt for the upcoming away match against Fiorentina. Although recent medical examinations have ruled out serious injuries or lesions, the Cameroonian player continues to experience persistent discomfort.

Anguissa has been unable to resume regular training with the squad, instead following an individualized recovery program that includes gym work and physical therapy. Manager Massimiliano Allegri is relying entirely on the medical staff's evaluations and has not attempted to force the player's return. A final decision regarding his inclusion in the squad will be made just before the team departs for Florence.

Regardless of Anguissa's availability, the midfield is expected to feature the duo of Billy Gilmour and Stanislav Lobotka. The tactical setup may also involve Kevin De Bruyne playing in a playmaker role to support the offensive structure.
