National Rally of Independents outlines election strategy in Morocco

Mohammed Chouki, President of the National Rally of Independents (RNI), has outlined the party's strategic approach to upcoming elections in Morocco. Speaking in Rabat, Chouki emphasized that the party's focus will be on presenting comprehensive political programs and capable candidates rather than merely competing for seats.

Chouki stated that candidates must possess the competence to defend the party's record and translate political commitments into legislation and public policy. He highlighted the importance of strategic foresight and the production of ideas to meet societal expectations, noting that the RNI's vision is guided by the strategic choices of King Mohammed VI.

Regarding the current government majority, Chouki praised the alliance between the RNI, the Authenticity and Modernity Party (PAM), and the Istiqlal Party, describing them as ideal partners characterized by harmony and effectiveness. He also addressed recent departures from the party, dismissing claims of internal instability and asserting that the RNI handles such developments with political wisdom and responsibility.
