National Rally of Independents unveils 2026–2031 political program
The National Rally of Independents (RNI) has unveiled its political program for the 2026–2031 period, centering on the concept of a ‘social state’ designed to empower and protect citizens. During a seminar in Rabat, party leaders emphasized that the platform is built on years of field communication and listening to citizens rather than theoretical studies.
Mustapha Baitas, a member of the party's political bureau, stated that the program aims to make citizen dignity the core of public policy. He highlighted the government's recent social achievements, such as allocating approximately 47 billion dirhams to social dialogue and expanding health coverage, as foundations for future commitments. The party intends to focus on purchasing power, public services, employment, and economic integration.
Mohamed Chouki, President of the RNI, detailed that the vision for a modern social state involves transitioning from a logic of mere assistance to one of citizen independence. This vision is supported by three main commitments and 12 specific measures, with a primary focus on ensuring sustainable protection for purchasing power and providing high-quality public services across all regions.
