National Testing Agency announces new admit cards and re‑held exams in India

India’s National Testing Agency (NTA) said the UGC NET June 2026 admit cards will be released on 15 June, with the exam scheduled to start on 22 June. Candidates can download the hall ticket from the official portal using their application number and date of birth, and must bring the printed admit card plus valid photo ID on exam day.

The agency also confirmed that the CUET‑UG 2026 entrance test, disrupted by a technical glitch on 30 May, will be reconducted on 6 June and 7 June. Updated admit cards for affected candidates are now available for download on the CUET portal. The CUET‑UG is a nationwide, computer‑based exam for undergraduate admissions.
