National testing agencies in India release results and schedule re-exams

Major examination bodies in India have released results and announced re-examinations for several national-level tests.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the UGC NET June 2026 results for 84 subjects. However, due to reported errors in question papers, re-examinations for English, Commerce, and Sociology are scheduled for September 9 and 10, 2026. City intimation slips for these re-tests have already been released. Additionally, the NTA has declared the CSIR NET June 2026 results.

Separately, the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) reported that over 2.65 lakh candidates appeared for the NEET PG 2026 exam. While the majority of the exam proceeded smoothly, 2,445 candidates at a center in Jaipur, Rajasthan, were affected by power supply issues. A re-examination for these specific candidates is scheduled for September 5, 2026. The official answer key and final results for NEET PG are expected following the completion of the re-test.
