National Testing Agency to Release NEET UG 2026 Re‑Exam Result and OMR Sheets

The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the NEET UG 2026 re‑examination on June 21 at 5,440 centres across India. The agency expects to declare the final result in the second week of July 2026.

NTA opened a provisional answer‑key challenge window from June 25 to 28, allowing candidates to object to any question for a fee of ₹200 per objection, refundable if the challenge is upheld. While the answer key is being finalized, the scanning of individual OMR response sheets is still in progress. The agency has said the sheets will be uploaded separately once scanning is complete, enabling candidates to verify their recorded answers.

Students can download their scorecards and, later, the final result from the official NEET website (neet.nta.nic.in) using their application number and password. The parallel processing of answer‑key challenges and OMR scanning is intended to expedite the final result declaration while maintaining transparency.
