The 26th Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, concluded with the adoption of the Bishkek Declaration, marking the organization's 25th anniversary. The summit resulted in the signing of approximately 28 documents covering security, economic development, and regional cooperation. Key outcomes include the establishment of a center to combat transnational organized crime in Bishkek and various initiatives regarding green technology, artificial intelligence, and drug control.

During bilateral meetings, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping emphasized their strategic partnership and the move toward a multipolar world order. Putin also highlighted increased trade and tourism between Russia and China. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the summit, calling for the dismantling of the global terrorism ecosystem and urging for peaceful solutions to conflicts, specifically mentioning the need to end the war in Ukraine.

Other regional leaders, including Pakistan's Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, emphasized the importance of water security and the peaceful resolution of disputes through international law.
