Nayyi Navelli film starring Yami Gautam Dhar set for October release

The upcoming fantasy family entertainer ‘Nayyi Navelli’, directed by Balaji Mohan, is scheduled for theatrical release on October 16. Produced by Aanand L. Rai and Himanshu Sharma, the film stars Yami Gautam Dhar and features an ensemble cast including Addinath M Kothare and Anurag Thakur.

Producer Aanand L. Rai described the film as a ‘thank you to all the women around us’, noting that many characters were inspired by the strength of women in real life.

The production team has also released a new musical track titled ‘Phata Patakha’, composed by G. V. Prakash Kumar with vocals by Madhubanti Bagchi. The song, choreographed by Vijay Ganguly, features Yami Gautam Dhar in a sequence involving a zombie dance party, intended to reflect the film’s quirky and eccentric fantasy setting.
