NBEMS publishes NEET PG 2026 eligibility rules and DNB seat allotment results

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) issued detailed eligibility criteria for NEET PG 2026, covering Indian medical graduates, foreign medical graduates and foreign nationals. Candidates must hold a recognized MBBS degree, possess a valid registration with the National Medical Commission (or former MCI), and complete a one‑year internship by 30 September 2026. Documentation will be verified during counselling and admission.

NBEMS also released the Round 1 seat‑allotment results for the 2026 Post‑Diploma DNB (DNB‑PDCET) admissions. The entrance exam was held on 12 April 2026, results declared on 14 May 2026, and the first counselling round opened on 2 July 2026. Allotted candidates can download their results from the official counselling portal and must complete fee payment, document and biometric verification as per the announced schedule.
