Fifty officers representing 21 countries visited the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in Ahmedabad as part of an Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) programme. Organized by Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), the program focused on investigation and prosecution matters.
