NDDC provides fashion and garment design training to Niger Delta youths

The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has concluded a fashion and garment design training programme for youths in Port Harcourt. During a graduation ceremony for 30 beneficiaries, NDDC Managing Director Dr. Samuel Ogbuku stated that the participants were selected from a larger group of 100 based on their competence and passion for the industry.

Dr. Ogbuku emphasized that the commission aims to foster entrepreneurship and economic growth by equipping young people with skills to establish their own businesses and create employment. He also announced future plans to provide training in artificial intelligence and other technology-related skills to address unemployment and prepare the youth for future economic demands.
