Nepal PM Balendra Shah meets with Indian and Chinese ambassadors
Nepal Prime Minister Balendra Shah held separate meetings on Monday with the Indian and Chinese ambassadors, marking a shift toward more direct high-level diplomatic engagement.
The meetings, held at Singha Durbar and lasting approximately 45 minutes each, involved Indian Ambassador Naveen Srivastava and Chinese Ambassador Zhang Maoming. Discussions reportedly covered bilateral relations, development cooperation, and various areas of mutual interest. During the sessions, Shah emphasized the importance of Nepal’s relationships with both of its immediate neighbors.
