Netanyahu urges US action over Turkish threats and warns of Iran regime collapse

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel takes Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s repeated calls to destroy the Jewish state seriously and will draw the attention of Israel’s “friends in the United States” to those statements.

Netanyahu also asserted that the Iranian regime is on the brink of collapse and announced that a delegation will travel to Washington to discuss Israel’s security concerns regarding Iran’s nuclear program. He reiterated that Israel will not accept a two‑state solution, highlighted a shift in Lebanese policy that could pressure Iran and Hezbollah, and noted recent Israeli operations that have struck Hezbollah elements and brought Israeli forces to control about 70 % of the Gaza Strip.
