Netflix launches K-drama 'Acaramelados' starring Jung Hae-in and Ha Young

Netflix has added a new South Korean series to its catalogue, the 12‑episode K‑drama “Acaramelados.” The show blends romance, amnesia and criminal suspense. It follows Go Eun‑sae (Ha Young), a corruption‑fighting prosecutor who loses her memory after a violent attack, and Jang Tae‑ha (Jung Hae‑in), an ex‑boxer who pretends to be her boyfriend to shield her from the mafia boss Baek Sang‑gil (Heo Sung‑tae). Produced by Studio S, the story is set in a rural village known for making traditional Korean caramel sweets. The series is scheduled to debut globally on Netflix on 7 August 2026.
