Netflix’s Physical Italia enters team phase in Turin

The Netflix reality competition series ‘Physical Italia: Da 100 a 1’, an adaptation of the South Korean format ‘Physical: 100’, has entered its team-based phase. Filmed at the Lingotto arena in Turin, the show features 100 contestants, including Olympic athletes, former champions, and celebrities, competing in extreme physical challenges.

Following initial individual eliminations that reduced the field from 100 to 40 participants, the competition has transitioned into a team format. The latest episodes introduce challenges such as ‘The Temple’ and ‘The Pillars of Hercules,’ which emphasize group dynamics, leadership, and cooperation alongside raw physical strength, agility, and endurance.

Notable participants include Federica Pellegrini, Alvise Rigo, Elisabetta Canalis, and Jury Chechi. The competition continues to narrow the field through increasingly difficult tasks, with the grand finale scheduled for October 2.
