Netflix releases Tamil romance series #Love

#Love Tamil romance series Netflix India romantic comedy dating app debate

Netflix has released #Love, a new Tamil-language romantic comedy series directed by Balaji Mohan. The story centers on a rivalry between two dating app founders with opposing philosophies on romance.

Aishwarya Lekshmi stars as Tara, the ambitious founder of the app ‘Found’, which prioritizes compatibility in matchmaking. Arjun Das plays Matthew, a flamboyant investor and co-founder of the rival app ‘Find My Bae’, which focuses on physical chemistry.

The plot is driven by a bet made between the two characters: they agree to use each other’s respective apps for 60 days to determine which method is more effective at finding a partner. The series explores these modern dating dynamics through an ‘opposites attract’ narrative.
