Netflix to release Mexican version of Physical 100

Netflix has announced a Mexican adaptation of the South Korean reality competition series ‘Physical: 100’. Titled ‘Habilidad física 100: México’, the program is scheduled to premiere on September 16, 2026.

The competition will feature 100 participants from diverse backgrounds, including athletes, bodybuilders, wrestlers, and military specialists, all competing to be named the ‘ultimate athlete of Mexico’. The format maintains the original premise where contestants with different physical strengths and training styles face various challenges involving strength, endurance, speed, and strategy.
