Infrastructure concerns rise in Nettuno and Savignano sul Rubicone

Residents in several Italian localities are raising alarms regarding deteriorating infrastructure and public safety concerns. In Nettuno, specifically the Cretarossa area, citizens have reported large potholes in Piazzale Michelangelo that pose risks to motorists and pedestrians. Residents also expressed dissatisfaction with the local police presence, noting that patrols appear concentrated on weekends rather than providing consistent weekday monitoring.

In Savignano sul Rubicone, significant tension has emerged following an accident on via Selbelle III. Locals describe the road as being in a state of disrepair, featuring large potholes referred to as ‘craters’ and dangerous narrow sections. The high volume of traffic, including tourists using the route as a shortcut, has exacerbated the risks, leading to frequent collisions and calls for urgent administrative intervention.
