Nevşehir Culture Road Festival Launches with ASELSAN Children’s Science Fair

The Turkey Culture Road Festival opened in Nevşehir, the 12th stop of the national program, with an opening ceremony at the Damat İbrahim Paşa Complex attended by Culture and Tourism Deputy Minister Gökhan Yazgı, the provincial governor, the mayor and several parliamentarians. The nine‑day event runs until 9 August and will feature 156 activities across 12 venues, including concerts, art exhibitions, workshops, a "Living Heritage" display, the "Holy Relics of the Ottoman Empire" exhibition and a gastronomy trail highlighting 43 culinary spots selected by Michelin‑starred chefs.

As part of the festival, ASELSAN’s corporate social‑responsibility project Tekno Macera staged a Children’s Festival that offers interactive technology experiences, an AR‑enhanced digital book, a “Inventors Museum” showcasing historic inventions, and hands‑on science shows. The program will remain in Nevşehir until 9 August before moving to Ordu, Kayseri, Kahramanmaraş, Diyarbakır, İzmir and Adana later in the year.
