The festival in Kayseri has concluded its nine-day program, which placed a heavy emphasis on gastronomy through the ‘Lezzet Noktası’ (Flavor Point) project. This initiative highlighted 34 locations to showcase traditional flavors such as Kayseri mantısı and pastırma. The closing events included musical tributes to folk poet Neşet Ertaş, theatrical performances of ‘Keşanlı Ali Destanı’ at the Kayseri State Theatre, and calligraphy workshops held at the Kayseri Kale İçi Archaeology Museum.
