New culinary menus launched at The Eatery at Paus and Aalia

The Eatery at Paus in Dubai has launched an elevated evening menu featuring Italian-inspired flavors. Starting August 24th, the venue transitions from a daytime café to an evening destination focused on shared plates, house-made pasta, and handcrafted pizzette. The menu includes items such as Burrata with cherry tomatoes, Bucatini Pomodoro, and various specialty pizzas.

In Sydney, the Middle Eastern restaurant Aalia has introduced a new menu under the leadership of newly appointed Executive Chef Adam Wolfers. Working alongside Head Chef Emre Kilic, Wolfers utilizes fire-led cooking techniques to present a fresh perspective on Middle Eastern and North African cuisine. Menu highlights include chargrilled octopus, lobster buns, and swordfish with hawaij spice.
