New dining venues Atelier Kū and Holm announced for Dubai and Denver

New dining establishments are set to open in Dubai and Denver. In Dubai, Atelier Kū will launch on the 15th floor of the Emirates Financial Towers in DIFC this December. The venue features a 45-seat haute cuisine restaurant and an intimate Hi-Fi bar equipped with a Berlin-built sound system. The kitchen will be led by Chef Artem Estafev, who previously worked at Michelin-starred establishments in Paris and Moscow.

In Denver, the Paired Hospitality team, known for the Michelin-starred Beckon, will open an American bistro named Holm this October. Located in the former Table 6 space, Holm will feature a hyperseasonal menu focused on Colorado produce, including dishes such as brick chicken and homemade pasta. The restaurant is led by chef Duncan Holmes and will utilize produce from a Lakewood farm.
