New doughnut shops open in Las Cruces, NM and Scottsdale, AZ

Bosa Donuts & Burritos in Las Cruces, New Mexico, opened early each morning to serve its specialty donuts, breakfast burritos and other pastries, drawing a loyal crowd of commuters and construction crews. The shop operates from 5 a.m. Monday‑Saturday and 6 a.m. on Sundays, with popular items selling out quickly.

Outcast Doughnuts, known for its layered croissant‑doughnuts, opened a drive‑through location in Scottsdale, Arizona. Co‑owner TJ Tillman said the new site, renovated from a former Whataburger, meets growing demand for on‑the‑go service and will be the first of several Valley expansions.
