New gastronomic expansions announced in Argentina

Argentina's culinary scene sees two new developments. Chef Alejandro Féraud is expanding his influential restaurant, Alo’s, by opening a new space in Palermo scheduled for September. After more than a decade in San Isidro, the project—which was ranked 38th in Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants—will evolve into a more contemporary experience while maintaining its focus on seasonal, high-quality Argentine products.

In Rosario, a new gastronomic venture named Boccaos has opened. Inspired by European sandwich traditions, the establishment offers premium artisanal sandwiches inspired by Spanish, Italian, and French cuisines, as well as local Argentine flavors. The concept emphasizes handmade breads and freshly sliced charcuterie, aiming to provide a high-quality alternative to traditional fast food.
