New luxury and residence-style hotels announced in Japan

Two new hotel developments in Japan have announced reservation openings or upcoming launches aimed at long-term stays and group travel.

Lead Real Estate Co., Ltd has opened reservations for JINRYU HOTEL IZUMO in Shimane Prefecture. Located near the historic Izumo Taisha landmark, this luxury all-suite hotel features six large suites designed for extended stays. The property offers views of the Izumo Taisha grand torii gate from its top-floor living area.

In Tokyo, Polaris Holdings Co., Ltd announced that reservations for KOKO HOTEL Residence Asakusa Nitenmon will begin on September 17, 2026, ahead of its scheduled opening on December 17, 2026. Situated in the Asakusa area, the 39-room residence-style hotel is designed for families and groups, featuring suites equipped with kitchens, microwaves, and washing machines to facilitate a lifestyle-oriented stay.
