New school facilities opened in Argentina and Peru for hundreds of students

In Malvinas Argentinas, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina, the municipal government added three new classrooms to Secondary School No. 26 in Grand Bourg. The expansion, financed by the Educational Fund, creates space for the more than 640 pupils enrolled, especially those in fifth and sixth year, and includes air‑conditioning, natural lighting and ventilation. Mayor Leo Nardini and provincial deputy Luis Vivona inspected the work and said the new rooms will be ready for use after the winter break.

In Chiclayo, Peru, the municipal authority inaugurated a new building for the Juan Mejía Baca school. The project cost over 7 million soles and provides 16 fully equipped classrooms, a laboratory, computer room, multipurpose hall, cafeteria, sports arena and other facilities for about 600 students across three educational levels. The opening is part of a broader effort that has recovered several abandoned school projects with a total investment exceeding 40 million soles.
